22 years ago I said two very simple words. These two words changed my life forever. I was a 20 year old girl marrying the nicest man I had ever known. We were just babies, soon to have babies of our own. We have grown so much in these two decades. Some of the lessons have been oh so hard. Like the ones of how to move on after losing two babies in less than a year of each other. Other lessons have been the basic one of how to keep your peace when they load the dishwasher the wrong way or leave the toilet seat up.

We have had a million ups and downs and I have so much peace knowing that I have all those memories with my husband.

Today we celebrate with a trip out of town, antique stores, walking the mall, ice cream with family, and dinner. I am thankful for each day, good and bad, because all to soon there will be no more.

I believe food and relationships are so vital to healing our bodies. Since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006 I have been on a journey to help my body feel the best it could despite what the drs said. I believe food has played a huge part of me being healed. I also believe that good, healthy relationship are so important in growing as people.
