Mission accomplished

Well friends, it is day 30. ❤️ I did 30 blogs post in 30 days. I missed one day but by posting twice in one day, it evened out.

I have learned that I have a lot to say but don’t always feel like saying it. I loved the accountability that posting my goal gave me. I love that I achieved a goal I set for myself. I love that it became enough of a habit that I didn’t have to make reminders for myself. I just remembered.

I do well with goals as long as I am held accountable. Sometimes I need to voice it to the whole world for it to stick and some times I just need to set it in my heart and it will stick. I don’t always know which way will work so I usually try both. This time I needed to shout it to the whole world.

Ok that is a little dramatic, there is maybe a handful of people who read these post so the whole world is a bit much…..but you get my point 😉

So, what is next. I want to do a weekly post annnnnddddddd I want to exercise regularly.

I can already feel that setting the goal in my heart ain’t gonna work for this one 😂 So, I need to shout it to the world.

So goal number one…..drum roll please…..post a blog once a week. The idea is to do it every Sunday.

Goal number two is one I am swinging back around too. A long time ago I set small goals of exercising. I knew that I had the big goal of working out 5 times a week but in reality, if I worked out 3 times a month, I would still be winning. It would be more than I was doing at that point. It was perfect because it worked. I used the hashtag #steponetochange

So Goal number two is to work out 4 times in the month of dec.

4 times in a month is pa…the…tic…Pathetic. I agree. But when I have done it in the past and failed at the big goal, I just quit. I mean, who cares, I already messed up sooo what’s the point?? When I would set the smaller goals and hit them, it gave me victory and I wanted to do more.

Back to goal number 2. Exercise 4 times by the end of the year, with the big goal of 3 times a week, with the bigger goal of stretching daily and exercising 3 times a week.

I am going to enjoy that this is the last of this goal and start tomorrow on the other ones. I would love for you to set a goal, tell me about it, and let’s do this together.
